Historical Title Registers (Including Previous Owners) & Title Plans

Because there are many reasons why people would want to look at previous entries the Land Registry have made historical Copies of the register and plan available. These are useful to have if you need to see previous ownership details, past charges, and other previous details of the property.
The combination of having a copy of the historical Title Register and an up to date copy of the Current Title Register is helpful in resolving anomalies and checking that the correct Title has been transferred to you as the new owner.
